Do I have have to raise service requests to get things fixed?
No, ScaleNOC uses a mixture of automation and human oversight to create, escalate and prioritise alerts. SCALENOC will inform you of any alerts and open a channel for you to easily approve or request action
Can I use SCALENOC without a managed services agreement?
Yes, SCALENOC takes care of operations. There are many pathways to deal with remediation - from using your internally staff, to one-off engagement to adding a full managed service to make the problem someone else's
Why is the price in US dollars?
SCALENOC is delivered through AWS Marketplace, AWS is charged in US dollars.
Can I view the SCALENOC dashboards?
Yes, SCALENOC has a client interface which allows you to view your SCALENOC dashboards.
